Saturday Work

Above is where our future basketball hoop is going to go. We are getting really anxious around here, WE WANT GRASS!!! My poor boys have resorted to playing in the weirdest places, see above.

When the men poured our concrete they splashed it all over our fence, so Rhett was power washing it off. The boys were having such a fun time playing army guys.
The sweetest dog was following Colby on his bike, he was really obedient and so nice. It makes me want a little dog. BUT I don't want to potty train a dog, I'm not ready for that kind of mess.
Spencer said that he needed to wear his backpack because army guys wear packs to keep their stuff in too. Colby wants to do everything and anything that Spencer does, it doesn't matter how ridiculous. Oh the power that Spencer has.

"The power that Spencer has..." Yes, he is a super hero with his Superman backpack! And he's such a cute "oldest" child. I just love that boy. He's so fun to talk with. Just like his parents!

Window wells are definitely the best place to play! We had pet frogs in ours growing up. What cute brothers! I love it when they play so good together.

The whole ensemble of backpack-orange shorts-hat is classic! What a great look!

I love that picture of Colby in the window well! When I saw it, my kids came running over to see what I was laughing at. He must be too young to know there are black widows, mice and monsters in there. :)
